VCA is clearly corporate owned. I’ve called multiple times and received their voice mail. Never receive a call back. Would recommend finding a family owned vet where you can receive high quality service, and reasonable prices too

After having experienced a few clinic visits with Dr. Withers and Dr. Garcia, I made the decision this is the new primary clinic. Both are great doctors, professional and knowledgable, and most importantly, they care about my cats! When my 13-year-old baby got kidney failure sign, he got instant treatment and thanks to that, his condition is stabilized and improving! The staff are also amazing! They arranged me the prompt appointments when my fur family members needed. They processed the prescription right away when I called! My cats stayed calm at the clinic. Highly recommended!

The staff was amazing!! So nice! Great energy super careful and loving with our kitty! Definitely recommend you to stop by to this location, they have their own parking and are located in Hillcrest which is a cool spot to hang out and eat. 10/10 will bring my pets again!!

Avoid this location, front desk staff seems to hate thier job. The El Cajon Location is better in regards to Customer Service. This location is lacking Customer service, you walk in and the front desk don't even acknowledge you lol. The staff here should be transferred to El Cajon to learn Customer Service.
