This place and especially Kathleen for nails and Nikki for pedicures and massage are 10/10. I prefer mine short and these pictures don’t do them justice but they lasted 4 weeks easy and that hasn't happed for me in a long long time.

Just got a basic pedicure, and it was whatever (albeit overpriced), but I was REALLY disappointed in the customer service here. Wanted to treat myself for my birthday, and I left feeling like I spent unnecessarily to be judged by my nail technician. She was pushy about upgrades, and made unnecessary comments about my feet, and how she didn’t agree with my choice of color. Wasnt offered anything to drink although they advertise their drink station, and when the service was done, she kind of just got up and left me sitting there, so after about 10 minutes I put my own shoes back on and asked to pay so I could leave. She then came back out to tell me using a credit card would be an extra 5%, which I’ve never seen anywhere else. I felt swindled and not pampered. My recommendation to this salon is that if they want to up charge for basic nails services, they need to compensate with superior customer service. Unfortunately I won’t be returning here.

LADIES!! 10/10 experience! I have been to sooo many nail salons where I hope to be able to receive the kind of precious service I just received. From the nails, the detail in the work, to their treatment. I felt welcomed after they really made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision to go. The nails speak for themselves. I don’t know about you but sometimes going in with what you want is challenged in some way. They will help you to feel happy you went. Kathleen the manager told me how important it was that I felt happy I went. They go through lengths to make you feel happy and there are many ways try he show it. No pressure in any particular thing, and that if we say no to something that’s okay. More importantly the actual nail treatment was above and beyond! They covered it with several coats to protect the gel nails and several coats of the gel too - which I agreed to! I specifically went for the nude color and after multiple try’s they got the nude I wanted! They have several nudes I liked and they were willing to clean the cuticle extremely well. I just had my nails done too about 2 weeks ago. Nothing like this! This was stellar service. I give them way higher than the average rating!!

It’s rare for me to leave a review. Avoid. I was not only disappointed but offended by Kathleen. Who seems to be in charge. Not only did she rush (not even busy) she was rude, rough and preoccupied with her phone. She did a poor job and basically berated me. I had gone here before and it was mostly busy but it seems these poor reviews are catching up. I asked Kathleen a question about something and she tersely tells me she’s been doing nails 30 years and she knows best, I need to listen to her. I’d say, unless you get a recommendation of someone specific. Avoid. If the boss is rude and does’t respect quality service or the customer, I can’t imagine that goes well for the entire business.
