  My experience at this Family Health Center has been outstanding. After receiving my X-rays, I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Duke, who took the time to thoroughly explain my severe knee osteoarthritis and the next steps for treatment. He was patient, attentive, and made sure I understood everything clearly. I was especially impressed that even though his schedule was fully booked for the next six weeks, he made arrangements to see me right away for a cortisone injection—which, to my surprise, was completely painless. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the level of care, professionalism, and dedication shown by Dr. Duke and the entire staff.

  DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! The absolute worst place you could go. The faculty is extremely unprofessional and they could absolutely CARE LESS about you. I’ve been seeing them for a few years now due to my epilepsy disorder. The amount of times they failed to properly handle my prescription has truly caused me to live in fear that I will not have my medication on time. I’m talking at least 4-5 different occasions have I had to book an emergency appointment and BEG for them to expedite my meds. And this is purely due to them improperly submitting my medication, cutting it short with no warning (giving me a 6-month prescription instead of a year), limiting the amount of pills ACCIDENTALLY, and requiring me to spend HOURS and countless extra $$ to compensate and properly monitor my condition. They DO NOT help you with anything over the phone either. Absolutely pathetic. I’ve had doctors there LOOK ME IN THE FACE and tell me they don’t know how to help me. I truly hope they clean up their act, but it’s been like this for years. Currently seeking new care elsewhere.

  I've only had 1 appointment here where I wasn't satisfied and he was a traveling dr so I don't judge the rest of the appointments harshly. With that said, I love my chiro, David Sosa! I've seen him off and on for a couple years and I think hes the best chiropractor I've ever been to. He listens, gives great advice and explanations for things. I think he has the best intentions for his patients and isn't just trying to get you in and out. I truly hope he stays around for a long time because hes truly an asset! The ladies in the front office are also kind and helpful.

She takes the time to listen carefully, making you feel heard and respected, and explains everything in a clear and reassuring way. Her knowledge and confidence create a sense of trust from the very beginning. What I appreciated most is how genuinely caring she is, she goes above and beyond to ensure her patients feel comfortable and supported throughout their care. It’s clear that she is passionate about what she does, and it reflects in the quality of care she provides. I highly recommend Penelope to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, kind, and dedicated healthcare provider.
