Generally most of the techs and pharmacists are helpful and friendly but there is one guy that is particularly awful and useless. He raises his voice and gets frustrated because he’s incompetent. Thankfully I learned this after some time and wait a little bit to call back and speak with someone who actually helps. He apparently doesn’t know where to check for new prescriptions and just tells you they don’t have any prescription for you and to ask your doctor. I would change pharmacies if I could but I can’t for a few reasons unfortunately.

This pharmacy had serious issues in the past. They are working to get better. It still can take quite awhile to get scripts filled. Make sure to sign up for text messages. The store iself has a decent variety of items if you've forgotten something. The pharmacy needs to hire more FRONT working staff. One person checking out customers is not enough. Especially since Rite Aid closed.

This store is pretty good and has a lot of useful merchandise, and people are friendly. The problem is the pharmacy at this particular Walgreens. The pharmacy line is almost always 10 to 90 minutes long. If there you are lucky enough to be there without a line, expect to wait a few minutes for a pharmacy tech to acknowledge you. If there is one person in front of you, expect a 10 minute wait. If there are three people, expect a 15-30 minute wait. This is average. I have waited over an hour several times, watching the excruciatingly slow checkout process of the one pharmacy technician helping customers check out. I have also waited in line for so long, only to be turned away for the pharmacy lunch break before I get to the front of the line. It takes 2-3 days to get a refill. If you need it sooner, you can’t get it (see other reviews on trying to get ahold of the pharmacy on the phone). I last opted to have my prescription delivered to me because I wanted to avoid the line. I needed the prescription before a trip, so I paid extra for 1-2 business day delivery. The delivery came 4 business days later (8 calendar days because of a holiday). Luckily the day before I left, I had my doctor call in another prescription to another pharmacy that I was able to pick up the same day (with no line). I never knew it could be so easy.

This Walgreens is clean and well organized. It’s easy to find merchandise and the sales associates are so friendly and helpful and efficient. It’s a great place to shop.
