Took place in their parking garage, level p2. Their machine didn't validate parking like it was supposed to, so I tried to pay the $1 it was charging me anyway, and the machine ate my credit card and peeled off the corners. Called the assistant by clicking the "need assistance" button, while cars are piling up behind me. Woman was unfathomably unhelpful, to the point where I thought I was being trolled. She asked me 10 times what business validated my parking (MedArts), then told me that they don't validate parking with that business (which is obviously a complete lie), and then told me to try my card again (which the machine already ruined). Once that didn't work, she told me that I will have to, somehow, back up out of the narrow gated exit structure, dodge all the cars behind me, and go up to p1, to try to pay the machine there. All over $1! One of the craziest things I've ever heard in my entire life honestly. I said I can't do that and she told me to try the ticket again. This time it immediately validates the parking and lets me out. So...they DO validate that business's parking then. She chuckled over the intercom and hung up. No "sorry for wasting your time" or "sorry our machine ruined your credit card." Nothing.

At night it's a safe place to smoke a Cigarette. Just, dont dig in the trashcan or make a spectacle (dont act like a tweaker) they have a security guard, act accordingly.

Parking is pretty cheap, rates are posted and don't change only 4 an hour. Good food in the area, and a spot to charge your EV like I did. Just know when you charge your vehicle you're paying to charge not charge and park, though it's obvious, recommend for sure

Trendy upscale mini mall area. Good spacious safe well lit underground parking, free for 2 hrs, with easy access via elevator to the street and their complex of boutique stores. 24 hour fitness is here along with a nice large selection of other stores and shops. Very Good theater as well. Bright and clean good signs, and good experience. Overall very good and worth a visit to explore Hillcrest area. Recommended.
