When I looked at the description of the Ralphs fresh fare it said it's supposed to be a elite market like upper scale for people in nicer areas play compared it to like whole foods or something like that so I went and it was not okay they did not have a lot of really healthy cool stuff there actually it was like basic and they had all the normal junk food and stuff and I just wasn't impressed I'm a foodie I love going to Mother's market in Orange County how much is comparable to whole foods. And I don't think that they should described it as comparable to whole foods and for the elite like they have you know better products. The description that they had online is not at all what is the reality when you go there. I was disappointed.

I cannot share enough wonderful things about the exceptional care and kindness Cielo provided during my visit. Living with severe food allergies can make something as simple as ordering a sandwich incredibly stressful. Most of the time, eating out comes with a lot of anxiety because cross-contamination can have serious consequences. Thanks to Cielo, what is usually a nerve-wracking experience became one filled with compassion, dignity, and genuine care. From the very beginning, Cielo listened carefully and took my allergies seriously. Instead of making me feel like I was asking for too much or creating an inconvenience, Cielo treated my concerns with understanding, patience, and respect. That level of empathy meant more than words can express. Cielo went above and beyond by carefully wiping down the equipment before preparing my order to help minimize the risk of cross-contamination. Every action showed attention to detail and a true commitment to customer safety. Seeing that level of care immediately gave me confidence and allowed me to relax and enjoy the experience. I had been craving one of my favorite sandwiches for such a long time, and Cielo thoughtfully sliced fresh Boar's Head chicken so I could finally enjoy it again. That simple act may seem small to some people, but for someone with significant food allergies, it was incredibly meaningful. Being able to enjoy a favorite meal without fear is something I don't take for granted. What really stuck with me was the humanity Cielo showed throughout the entire interaction. Cielo treated me with kindness, respect, compassion, and dignity from start to finish. There was never a moment where I felt embarrassed or like my allergies were a burden. Instead, Cielo made me feel valued as a customer and cared for as a person. Customer service like this is becoming increasingly rare, and Cielo deserves recognition for setting such a high standard. The professionalism, attention to detail, genuine kindness, and willingness to go above and beyond transformed what could have been an ordinary stop at the deli into an experience I will always remember. Thank you, Cielo, for making it possible for me to safely enjoy one of my favorite sandwiches again. Thank you for treating me with such incredible humanity, kindness, and care. Acts like these make a lasting difference, and I am deeply grateful. I highly recommend Cielo to anyone wanting exceptional customer service. Cielo is an incredible example of what true hospitality, compassion, and excellence feels like.

I was waiting for the bathroom for a good 30 minutes and as soon as it was my turn I was pushed out of the way by the janitor, and she claimed that she needed to clean the bathroom that second. When there was no one behind me waiting so she could have waited until I was done. Ralphs teach your workers common sense and decency

Yesterday, I was harassed by the underground parking lot attendant at this shopping center where you park to shop at this Ralphs. I was grocery shopping and he followed me to my car, and threatened to call the cops on me if I didn't leave. He is a fat Latino man and the harassment was drenched in homophobic behavior. The Ralphs security guard passed by us and did nothing... acted like he was on his side in the matter. I have an HRC frame on my license plate. I live in the area and shop their almost everyday... until now. I went to the Ralphs Manager and he said there was nothing he could do because the parking lot is not owned by Ralphs, but you have park there to shop there. I had video footage of what happened and they did nothing about it. I will never shop there or at any Ralph's grocery store again. -In Hillcrest, which is supposed to be a safe place for gay people, but it isn't. He picked me out of a crowd of all kinds of different people that park there and come and go everyday... because I was alone... and I am not only gay, but I'm weird and different than other people in this area. I was forced to leave because he would not leave me alone. There were other people, witnesses, who passed by while he was yelling at me, and they didn't do anything or say anything to object either. He went up to them and started telling them lies about the situation. This awful person needs to get fired now. NEVER AGAIN. Someone needs to do something about this.
