  Cannot express how wonderful Quan and her team have been. Exceptional service, beyond fair and always going above and beyond. I trust Quan deeply and any recommendations she provides. This is the place I tell my friends and family members to go to, and I will return whenever I have car needs. 10/10 all around

  Thanks for doing a good job with my car and being very honest. This is a no-frills auto shop. I really liked the owner. Here I got honest customer service and a fair price. I called in advance for my appointment and it was completed on schedule and within the quoted estimate. There are two things in particular I want to commend this shop for. First, I felt the communication was very strong. I accidentally gave her a key which hadn't been programmed yet, so the car would cut the engine after starting. She promptly called me so I could switch out the key and also referred me to a locksmith so I can get the key reprogrammed. Second, I got the feeling that the owner looks out for her younger and also for her female customers. Being a younger person, I am always wary of being taken advantage of. I did not experience that here. I also watched the owner make sure another (male) customer did not cut in front of a (female) customer who came in before him. Nobody's fault, but I liked that she made sure she kept her place in line and didn't get bulldozed by someone else who skipped in front of her.

  Very honest. I took my car in for fluid exchange services I thought I needed based on the dealer. They checked everything and said fluids were full and clean and it wasn’t necessary at this time. Saved me hundreds! The oil change was far cheaper than Jiffy Lube too. I will be going back for all of my future services.

  Quan and her crew are the best mechanics I have ever worked with. She is honest about what my car needs and doesn't need and has helped me so much in the last 5 years I've lived in Hillcrest. My car is 22 years old so it has needed a lot of general maintenance in the last several years. I first went to Quan because my car was overheating. I went to another mechanic who didn't know why, the dealership who tried to just sell me a new car and missed the problem (or maybe didn't try), and Quan easily found that there was just a leaky hose on the radiator that was easy to replace. Since then, she's done numerous repairs big and small and has even helped me with some silly things I should probably know how to do as a car owner. Just recently she helped me with my car's exhaust system. Thank you so much for helping me keep my old car alive! If my car ever dies I will still be taking my new car to her.
