Great Pizza Spot in and around Hillcrest area in San Diego. This is what you would call a hole in the wall and these places are the best of the best! Busy, Cash Only place, Seating limited, Take out available. Pizza is excellent, New York Thin crust melts in your mouth good 👍

Been eating this pizza for 22 years. We’ve put it up against the best of Manhattan and it is still our favorite pizza in the country. Absolutely fantastic pizza. The sauce is the perfect level of sweetness that tastes fresh. Crust is perfect NY style crust. And the pepperoni is the perfect thickness and crisp.

Some people give New York a bad reputation. This place does the opposite. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. There was a plumbing issue the day we went; so we had to leave. For the inconvenience…we were given a certificate for a whole pie. Sure enough, we went the next day and indulged!! Amazing pizza with a perfect crust and toppings. Cash only and I love it!

Been here twice. Both times the pizza was great. I would recommend getting a slice since the pieces are quite big. The sauce was nicely seasoned with the right amount of sweetness. It’s a great little hole in the wall that’s cost efficient and great for families with kids. The staff were friendly and fast with moving us along with our order.
