I had a great experience with Adrian Soto. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and handled everything professionally. He clearly knows his work and made the process smooth and stress free. I really appreciate his support and would definitely recommend him.

I had an Issue with ny bank card being stopped. I went into the branch on university and had horrible and rude service from Samanta she didn’t even listen to my questions or concernes and was extremely rude and unprofessional. I’ve been a member here for years and I would truly expect better treatment. Through no fault of my own they issued a new card without any notification as to why and when I inquired she didn’t have an answer. And seemed annoyed that I was even asking.
